Thankful
Sometimes I get so caught up focusing on the things I don't have and on the areas where I feel I have failed that I forget to be thankful for the things I do have and the things I have achieved. I've had a week like this but today I realized that I was just being stupid. I'm not perfect. All I can do is do my best and make sure that my faith in the lord is not just strong but growing stronger each and every day. I'm thankful that I have a loving wife that is so strongly connected to the lord ... (not to mention she's smart and beautiful ... That's just a bonus!!!). She is my lighthouse that helps to keep my focus on God in all of my storms. It's because of her that I have truly found God. Its because I have found God and his Son Jesus that I have been saved and excepted into his family. I am surrounded by a loving wife, my kids and my Christian family ... for all of this I am truly thankful!!!

I read over your comments several times but I didn't see the words 'fantastic cook' anywhere... and...also not mentioned in this blog... the undisputable fact that your lady sleeps perched on the edge of the bed every night because someone else takes up all the space...
Just an observation.
p.s. your wife sounds awesome!
p.p.s. she also sounds slim, attractive, witty and very humble.
